SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping PolicyShipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each of our creation is handcrafted with love to give a beautiful experience.
The detailed finishing and quality checks are promising timelessness of each product. We always welcome your queries before and after the products are shipped so that there is no place of any doubts throughout.
Leather is a special material which ages exquisitely and gives a sense of an old companion. Since everything is handcrafted, there may be some flaws which would slip through the checks. 
In such cases, we request you to please drop us an email at riktstore@gmail.com with a reference of your order number and an image of the product. We will check it at our end and do the needful. The replacement will be shipped to your address within 3 days when we get the mail as we don't offer any refund.

This is relevant for the items bought through our online store. On the off chance that you have bought the item from some other web based business stage or actual store, the returns policy for those items are dependent upon the agreements of the store from which it was purchased. 
We are at your service via mail and on our customer query number on all working days (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM except on national holidays

Exchanges
At RIKT, we only start making the product as soon as we get the order. It is our effort to minimize the wastage of resources and we are extremely grateful for your patience.

Therefore, we cannot offer exchanges at this point and request you to carefully check the specifications of the products and materials used to ensure you get what you are ordering. We welcome your customised designs at riktstore@gmail.com.
